魔球スラッガー is a 2D baseball app where players face off against pitchers who control changeup and disappearing pitches.

The app offers two play modes. In Mission Mode, players can challenge various batting missions based on the opponent pitcher's rank. Initially, only one rank is available, but upon clearing all missions in that rank, players can unlock higher rank missions. There are a total of 55 missions, including 3 Game Center missions. Examples of missions include hitting at least 2 hits out of 10 pitches, hitting consecutive home runs, and scoring 10 points within 60 seconds.

In Free Match Mode, players can compete against the CPU in a game format. Players can choose between 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9 innings. The CPU has three different ranks, and as players clear missions, they can unlock more CPU ranks to compete against. The rules for Free Match Mode include not being able to choose the first at-bat, no extra innings, losing if the game ends in a tie after the designated innings, and ending the game as a "cold game" if there is a 30-point difference after the third inning.

Please note that there is no base running or fielding in this app.
